  • Annual Data Purge of Close Accounts: Update redirects if from closed accounts

    Our annual data migration to archive will take place on December 25, 2012 at 3 a.m. EST.

    All closed accounts over 90 days will be removed to the archival system and will no longer be accessible through the portal. This only affects the CLOSED accounts and not related to any open accounts.

    On an annual basis Click & Pledge purges all legacy data from the active database and moves them to an archival system. Archived data from closed accounts may only be accessed by request. Retrieval fees will apply.

    What should be done by our clients:
    • This does not affect any active clients. All data are maintained for all active accounts for the duration without any limit.
    • Closed accounts will no longer be accessible therefore no page redirects will work. If you are redirecting from a closed account to an open account please make sure all your pages & links are updated. Closed accounts over 90 days will no longer redirect to a live account.
    Please make sure not to have any redirects past 90 days. Redirects are a temporary solution to help with changing of site / account / pages & should not be considered a permanent solution.

    To Update links please follow the steps listed below:

    - Login to the administrative portal:
    - Click on Checkout Pages
    - The checkout page which was redirected to is listed and a link to the page should be added to your site. See:
