  • Credit Transaction from outage period

    I need to credit a transaction from Dec 10th that is still not appearing when I search. Is this related to the service failure on Dec 13th? Any update on the previous estimate of Dec 17th for restored data? What can I tell my donor, when will I be able to credit this transaction back to them? Thank you.

    Good day!

    Yes - the issue is related and will be resolved by Wed. 25. We are working on the retrieval and sync of the system during the low traffic periods.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be totally back up shortly.

    We can also internally arrange for the credit if you send us the Order Number from the receipt.
