Our support can assist via email with any issues you may have with your checkout pages. The forum is the best place to get support for API and custom forms using the API.
Your post lacks any specifics- what do you mean by "no longer process credit cards?"
Are you getting errors? declines?
Where is your form? what is the site link?
One of the biggest challenges we have when helping clients is not knowing what form is being referenced, what the account is, etc. Once we have a little information we can locate transactions and find out where the issue is.

Credit Card is declined
Our site no longer seems to be able to process any credit cards, and apparently this is the only place where we are able to get any help with this issue. So please provide assistance immediately.Tags: None
