    First, I'm not sure this is the correct forum so if that's the case, please direct me to the right place.

    I'm using the Classic Easy Page pretty much straight out of the box with minimal changes and just linking to it from my website for donations. Yesterday there was a donation and the process worked fine. This morning a friend tried to donate but it declined his card. It also declined mine when I tested it.

    The error message wasn't really helpful: "Sorry!
    We were unable to complete your transaction."
    Possible reasons:
    Be sure you're using one of these cards:

    • Your bank is declining your card. You may wish to contact your bank.
    • The information you provided is not correct or you have typed an invalid card number.
    • Our system could have difficulty communicating with the bank.

    Things to try:

    1. Re-enter your credit card information at the left and re-submit.
    2. Try us at a later time."

    I attempted to use a Visa - it's valid, I called my bank - and I entered the number 3 times so I'm sure I entered it correctly.

    Can you tell me if there has been a change on Click & Pledge's side to the form, or whatever else might be going on?

    Good day!

    The decline description is not descriptive for security reasons. When a card declines it is declined by the bank so we have to investigate why the gateway is declining it.

    Please email [email protected] and provide the following:

    - Organization name / account #
    - Date of decline
    - Name used for the card

    Support can look up the reason for decline.
