I created a Click & Act profile for our organization's CEO so he could fundraise during a bike tour event, but I made a type-o in the email and he never received his password...and i can't reset it because the email is wrong. I had to create a second profile for him.
How do we get the first profile deleted? Username is: CVI-Conrad
