Need to have a registration level with no price

I would like to include a Registration Level for a "Contribution" and leave the price field blank but also indicate somehow that the entire amount is tax deductible. Right now all I can do is leave everything at $0.00 which implies on the purchase page than none of the contribution is deductible. Is ther a way around this restriction?
