  • Salesforce sandbox and checkout pages

I have a production sales force NSPS and production checkout page. I would like to create a new checkout page and a Sales force sandbox.

If I set the account setting in C&P from production to sandbox will all transactions go to my sandbox? Can I have a production checkout page and sandbox checkout page? How is the test button on the checkout page used? How do I tell C&P what sandbox name to use if I have more than one sandbox?

    Good day Russell,

You can connect to any Sandbox by simply using the userid, password, Organization ID, and token for the Sandbox.

If you wish to change the Sandbox simply change the credentials.

    See this: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/con...-to-Salesforce

It is easy and quite simple

This reply does not help. I have one Click and pledge account with one advanced check out page. I have two salesforce systems. A "production" and a sandbox.

My Click and pledge account and checkout page are configured to connect to my production salesforce system. I have created the token and user ID just as required. I got the company ID and configured that info into my accout tab in Click and Pledge. All is great so far.

      Now:
I now want to create a second check out page in my same click and pledge account, mark that as a test page and connect it to my sales force sandbox. It looks like I can create a new login in salesforce for the sandbox and create a new token for that login. But the problem is that I have one account in Click and Pledge. Where do I put this info for the sandbox.

I want to leave the production as is while I add new info into salesforce.

        Russell,

Only one Salesforce connection exists for each account. Salesforce accounts cannot be assigned to individual checkout pages.

Sorry .. this can't be done. It is an idea worth exploring but at this time only one connection may be set up for each Click & Pledge account.
