Setting Body Color in Friendly Single Page Has No Effect

Greetings,

I have been trying to change the body color from the default black color to white in the Friendly Single Page template and no matter what it stays the same color on the actual page. To clarify, it does show that I have selected "#ffffff" in the color picker but the page remains unchanged. Tried emptying cache and so on. I tried other body colors as well to see if they might work with same results or lack thereof...

Any help is appreciated!

The black background color to this page is a fixed color. The Body color that you have changed will only affect the text color for certain areas of this page such as the This is a secure transaction, Thank you for your support, and Your confirmation areas to this page.
