Disable required checkbox

How do I change the statement "I understand that this charge will appear as "My Company" on my credit card." to NOT be required? Or ideally, to remove it altogether. I'm using the Easy Checkout Pages and don't want to spend a lot of time to create a custom template.

I've had complaints that it's hard to see it under the credit card logos and they get an error pop-up to check it. Some suggestions from customers are to mark it with a * so they know it's required, make the text larger, change the color to red, etc, but I don't see a way to do any of those things.

Sorry but that cannot be removed. It is a VISA requirement and the card holder has to agree and acknowledge the charge. It is a mandate by the credit card companies.

This is the first time I have heard of a complaint about this and that it is hard to see. If missed a message will pop up and informs the person that they have not checked it so it won't be missed.

The checkout pages don't allow for that text to be changed or modified.
