  • Error Downloading Custom Reports

    For the past two months I have been unable to download reports from our account that have the option of filtering custom questions into separate columns. It is of great importance that my organization has this ability so that we may filter donations to different programs based on the donors preference.

    This is the error message I receive within the .csv file:

    "Dear Customer
    It appears that your last operation has caused a fatal error in our system. Our programming team has received details of the error and will investigate the source shortly.
    You will be notified by email when the error is fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and will make every effort to fix the error as soon as possible."


    No one has contacted us within 2 months regarding the issue. Can someone here please let me know if this is an issue with our settings or with your system?

    Good day!

    Sorry about the trouble. The strange thing is we have no record of this bug and our team was never notified. We have resolved the issue with the notifier.

    The issue is now fixed and all servers are updated with the latest release. Please test it and let us know if you are still experiencing the problem.

    It is always best to drop Support an email when you experience an issue so we can follow up.
