For the past two months I have been unable to download reports from our account that have the option of filtering custom questions into separate columns. It is of great importance that my organization has this ability so that we may filter donations to different programs based on the donors preference.
This is the error message I receive within the .csv file:
"Dear Customer
It appears that your last operation has caused a fatal error in our system. Our programming team has received details of the error and will investigate the source shortly.
You will be notified by email when the error is fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and will make every effort to fix the error as soon as possible."
No one has contacted us within 2 months regarding the issue. Can someone here please let me know if this is an issue with our settings or with your system?
