Sales tax no longer working?!

I have tested it and found no issues. The TAX is appearing once we select the Country and State.

Quick Update: I have discussed this case with our developers and they concluded that TAX will apply based on the Product and Country & State. Please make sure that you have selected the Country & State before proceeding to the next page.
Yes, we have tested in different machines, Windows, Mac, and browsers before releasing the update. However, I will test again and will update you shortly.Last edited by CnP.Support.AM; 07-18-2021, 02:34 AM.

The thought occurs to me: are you testing it on a machine that's logged into something? Have you tested it on multiple networks, browsers, machines? Sorry for all the back and forth on this, just need these to be functioning correctly (one of them will be used more than normal beginning Monday).

I see that you are referring to the second page but the sales tax will appear after that page. Once you click on the "PAY NOW" button, there you will see the sales tax.
Please check and let us know if you don't see on the last page.

Hi there.
I felt so silly! But... I tried in several different browsers, cleared caches/cookies, and still not seeing the sales tax. I even tried it on different networks, and had a colleague try (at a different location). No sales tax. Help!?

Thank you! A quick test in both catalogs, and neither one is applying sales tax. Will I need to go in and do something in the legacy portal to get that sales tax working?
