Can I add conveinience fee through Checkout Pages/Advance Pages?

I have a 3% convenience fee added in my account info, but can't figure out how to set up a convenience fee on a Checkout Page or Product page using Advanced Pages -- or if it's even possible. The past info on convenience fees in the support forum only addresses how to use it on user-written custom checkout pages. But I would like to do it through ClickAndPledges's "Advance Pages." Is it possible?

Sorry but convenience fees are not allowed by Visa & MasterCard. Based on the merchant account issuers the only group that Visa allows for adding convenience fees is the rental properties & rent payments.

We know some sites do this but it truly is not allowed by credit card companies & as a result we don't offer it as a standard feature.
