  • Duplicates

    Click and Pledge is creating duplicates (contacts & organizations) in our Salesforce (same email address). This needs to stop—help.

    Good day!

    Please provide me with the following info:

    What version of the application are you using?
    Are you using the Nonprofit Starter Pack?
    Under what condition(s) the duplicates are being created?
    Has this just started or has always been the case?

    It is best if you provide us more detailed information in case of any issues since just telling us duplicates are being created does not help us figure out what is going on.

        Good day!

        In versions prior to 4.x duplicate account could be created with certain settings in the NPSP.

        We are currently in version 4.13 and will release 4.14 this week. This version has a number of settings that allows you to synchronize the settings with the NPSP settings.

        We are upgrading all of our clients by request. If you wish please email support and request upgrade. We need to login as admin and port your data from 3.x version to version 4.x This is not an upgrade within Salesforce as we need to export the data in the Transaction & Recurring object and import it back to the new release.
