A potential donor attempted to make a donation through our customized site and received Error Code: 2052 with the description XML Error after filling in all the appropriate payment information.

What does this error code mean and how can the problem be fixed?

What is your account # and how can we review your form?

Error 2052 simply means the form has posted an invalid data to the processor. If I know your account number we can retrieve the record and find the cause of the error.
