    Odd, that must happen automatically when you change the contact? We never put her email there..

    The reason Kety getting the receipt notification email because she is listed under the receipt email notification list in the legacy portal. Please see:

    Receipt sent to staff person in error?

    On order # 2002091557517759713 (a purchase through a legacy catalog/checkout page), a receipt was sent to one of our staff (Katy). I checked the receipt settings in Connect, as well as notification settings for the page in the portal, and Katy isn't set up to receive receipts in any of those places. I recently updated the C&P Account Primary Contact to Katy, but that shouldn't default her to receive receipts.

    Can you let me know what I missed that is set to send receipts to Katy's email?
