On order # 2002091557517759713 (a purchase through a legacy catalog/checkout page), a receipt was sent to one of our staff (Katy). I checked the receipt settings in Connect, as well as notification settings for the page in the portal, and Katy isn't set up to receive receipts in any of those places. I recently updated the C&P Account Primary Contact to Katy, but that shouldn't default her to receive receipts.
Can you let me know what I missed that is set to send receipts to Katy's email?
