  • Closing Account Notice

    Hello, we received the following email notice regarding account closure: Account Closure Requirements [ ref:_00D30obtq._5001B1PY6uE:ref ]

    I had reached out to our merchant account because we have 2 active, 1 linked to our current bank account, and 1 that is linked to our old bank account, and should have been closed from April 2019. I wonder if this is related to that closure. We don't want to cancel our Click and Pledge account overall.

    Cn you please confirm what it is regarding?

            Thanks for that. Someone reached out to me and requested a letter. I've shared the letter back to [email protected] multiple times and haven't heard back. Is that the correct account I should be emailing the letter to for change of admin request?
