The reason it is showing PST because your USER timezone is set to PST. However, we have changed your USER timezone to EST.

We reviewed and noticed that your User timezone is set to PST and your Organization as well as site guest user timezones are EST. May I know to which timezone you want to change?

thanks one last thing when I create an event its defaulting to PST and I have checkered that my default in setup is EST. Where do you update the default timezone for the events?

We have completed the post-installation steps. You are all set to start using the C&P Events.
In order to use the auctions, you need to follow the steps mentioned in the manual: https://manual.clickandpledge.com/Gr...alesforce.html
However, if you open a new thread with the Auctions setup request, our team will review and set that for you.

Please note that before you start creating the Events there are post-installation steps that need to be done.
First, you need to integrate your C&P Account with your Salesforce instance. Please follow this link and establish the connection: https://cnp.mn/Salesforce-Connection

Second, you need to set up a force.com domain in Salesforce. https://help.salesforce.com/articleV...iew.htm&type=5
Please complete the above two steps and grant us login access to your Salesforce instance and let us know so that we can take care of the rest of the post-installation steps.

when I try to setup an event it says to update the default setting and when I click on that link i get this error
Please create a Site or add a C&P Account in C&P settings.
I have looked around but not sure how to fix this? I have donation pages setup on the C&P side but this is the first time I am setting up an events on the SF side as I have been using the legacy portal.

Can I have a coupon code?
I am currently using the legacy site for our event tickets and want to be able to provide discount coupon codes. I have looked and all I can see is the option to apply discounts on the number of items sold which we do for group discounts already.
I looked at the new CP site where I have setup our new donation page but dont see where I can sell event tickets. if that is possible can you provide instructions?
