There must be something wrong with the information. Please make sure you are entering all the correct information. SF Username, and Password (System Administrator profile), security token (use a new one), and Salesforce Organization ID. Please note that you will need to check the box for "Enable Salesforce".

If the credentials are correct then might be the issue with the security token. Please note that the TOKEN in Salesforce is tied to the password. If you change the password the token will also change.

    To get NEW Security Token
    • Login to your Salesforce account.
    • Go to Setup
    • Under Personal setup > My Personal Information > Reset My Security Token.
    • Now click on Reset security Token.
    • The new token will be sent to an email address which is associated with your Salesforce Account.
Please follow the above steps and let us know what you see.

    Hi!
We have tried with multiple login's and have all the correct information entered and still end up with this error code, "INVALID_LOGIN: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out." when we go to reset the Salesforce ID. These user's are not locked out and all the information should be correct.
We've been trying to update our Salesforce ID according to our organization profile which is 00D460000016cS1.

    Auctions for Salesforce

    Hi!
We have successfully created an auction campaign that feeds through our click and pledge system. In our trial run, all went smoothly until we got to saving the credit card on the check in tab. When we first got there it opened a box and then downloaded a file called "download" (Type: File) that I am unable to open. Then we started getting this error message:
Sorry but We can't find your Salesforce account number in the system. Please verify the account number in the Click & Pledge's portal by following the steps listed below:
    - login to the administrative portal https://portal.clickandpledge.com
    - click on Account Info (Top right hand side)
    - click on the 3rd Party tab
    - click on the Salesforce sub-tab
So we went through the portal and it appears our Salesforce ID is incorrect and we have been unable to identify log in credentials to change our org ID as the person that was responsible is no longer with the organization. Do you have any way to override or grant us access? Or another solution?
    Thank you!
