Some customers have had a problem with the C&P/HandsOn Connect donation form integration. I had our team investigate and I wanted to share the info with you and ask for direction on resolving this.
We don't see anything inherent in our donation form that will cause this.
Several emails that have "from" addresses such as 0139 HOC Admin or 0075 HOC Admin with the same or similar errors, such as:

- 0139: Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: MALFORMED_ID, Organization Name: id value of incorrect type: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado: [AccountId]
- 0074: Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Required fields are missing: [Name]: [Name]
