    Hello - I just granted you access for another 3 days. Could you please review those order numbers I posted and post them to Salesforce? Thank you.

    Also, I saw what you wrote about the Self Healing option. Since that includes things stemming back 6 years, I'm hesitant to do that.

    We don't have access to your instance. However, have you reviewed the Self Healing option? Did you enable it? If so, it will automatically resolve all the errors if it enables by System Administrator user.

    Good day @jwalsh

    In reviewing your instance we found that there are a lot of errors since back from 2013. We suggest you enable the "Auto re-process C&P Data errors" in Maintenance under C&P Settings which is used to fix errors that may occur while creating a transaction.

    Please note that the person who enables the Self Healing should be an System Administrator user in Salesforce.

    Is there a way to go back and have those transactions that occurred while the error message was happening post in Salesforce? The following transactions to Blue Cone are still not showing up in Salesforce (they all happened 11/17-11/28:Ben Scott $50

    Error Report Message

    Hello. We are getting an Error Report messages for an item through Click and Pledge that is not posting correctly to Salesforce. Over 10 purchases have been made generating Error Reports. This is what the Error Report email states:

    System response:

    "Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: MALFORMED_ID, Invalid campaign id: null: [CampaignId]"

    I was told that this issue was already being looked into but to also post about the issue in this forum. Thank you for your assistance.
