Hello. We are getting an Error Report messages for an item through Click and Pledge that is not posting correctly to Salesforce. Over 10 purchases have been made generating Error Reports. This is what the Error Report email states:
System response:
"Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: MALFORMED_ID, Invalid campaign id: null: [CampaignId]"
I was told that this issue was already being looked into but to also post about the issue in this forum. Thank you for your assistance.
