I received this email today According to our records, you are using our legacy portal for your Click & Pledge donation pages.

Starting December 1, 2018 the legacy portal will no longer be supported. In order to continue accepting donations, you must create new donation pages in Connect, our premier fundraising platform.

Creating a new donation page in Connect is easy, your donation pages will look a lot better, and it's free. Simply follow the links below and you'll be up and running in no time.

Can you please let me know which donation form/s that need to be upgraded? We started using Click and Pledge last year, May 2017. I don't think there has been any upgrades to the donation forms/pages since then? I thought we are creating all of our donation pages in Connect.

Do you have FaaS forms? If you received that notice it means we are seeing transactions posted to the old WID's. If you are using FaaS you may want to switch the node WID with the Campaign so the transactions no longer post to the old WID's reference.

Do you have any forms developed by you using our FaaS API? If yes, please share here so that we can review it and let you what needs to be switched. If not, then please ignore the above email you received.

Our vendor is the one that creates the donation forms. If you can let me know a few examples of donation pages that need to be switched, I'll pass it on to the vendor and have them review all of the donation forms. This is what the email says According to our records, you are using our legacy portal for your Click & Pledge donation pages. so I'm assuming you have identified the donation forms that we need to switch.
