We are having some reporting issues with TransFirst. In working with them to resolve the issue, they mentioned that they can see we have a second Merchant Account in Click and Pledge that isn't being used. They recommended removing that account through C&P. Where would I find that information within our account settings and how can I determine what it might be connected to so I can make a decision about cancelling? Thank you!
