We want to include T&C on the receipt only but the system will not allow the show on receipt box to be checked unless the box allowing the T&C to be shown is; however, doing so means that the T&C show up on the payment processing page. We want to include a members-only link in the T&C so we want the T&C to show on the receipt only after they've purchased the membership. Is there a way to do so using T&C or, alternatively, do you have another suggestion as to how to get something only on the receipt for our membership campaign pages?

You have posted in the Legacy Forms & Portal group, but I see from your site that you are using Connect pages - is this a Connect form or a Portal form?
The Terms and Conditions was primarily added as a feature for the organization to provide way of checking a box to acknowledge a set of Terms & Conditions. There's no reason you can't just open the 'Basic Elements' in the Receipt Builder, drag in a paragraph tag, and type in the Terms & Conditions. You can always clone an existing receipt, add the paragraph, and customize that Campaign to receive that receipt instead of the receipt you use most often.

Wait, just realized that still doesn't solve the problem of the T&C being displayed externally on the Connect campaign page. We only want it on the receipt but that option is tied to having it viewed externally, you can't choose just having it show on the receipt.Comment

As of now, it is NOT possible to display the T&C only on the receipt. It will display on the payment page as well as on the receipt. However, in your case, you may add a paragraph into the Connect receipt template where you may add T&C as text but please note that this will be static text and will be sent for all the transactions.

I tried that and it didn't work; the paragraph is there on the Members Only receipt builder but it doesn't show on an actual receipt. Attached is a snip of the receipt builder, a receipt that came through for a membership and the campaign setting showing the Members Only template selected.Comment

As you can see the receipt template 'MEMBERS ONLY' has been assigned for Patrons Receipt NOT for Internal Notification Template which is the reason you don't see that message in your Internal notification email.
