End Point Not found

is there someone specific I can email? and just just general support?

Naturally this example works. What we need to do is check your account to see what is happening. Could you provide your account number or name of your account?

SO I am trying to get my Raas working.
i used the example URL

but when I replace my account id and report id I just get a page that says "End Point not found"

I dont have any idea what I am doing wrong.

Can someone please help
