  • Recurring Donations Not Sending New Receipt

    We have several donors who have recurring donations. I just updated the receipt template in our system but this new receipt is not being sent to them. (it is, however, being sent to all new donors and recurring donations that were set up after). Instead the old receipt is still being sent. I even made the old receipt "inactive". Do you have a suggestion on how these people can receive the new receipt instead of the old one? Should I just delete the old one altogether?

    Please note that the recurring transactions processed through the Legacy Forms will send the same receipt until the goal reaches. The only solution is to cancel the recurring and set up a new one through Connect forms so then moving forward the new receipt will be sent and you may change/update the receipt anytime.
