  • Invoice billing option not showing up in Advanced Checkout Page

    I have the invoice option selected under Accepted Cards in my Account Options and on my Advanced Checkout Page but it still won't show up as an option when you run through the checkout. Am I missing something?

    Sorry for the trouble you are having.

    What is the WID of the checkout page or the link to the checkout page so we can review it and figure out what is going on.

      One place to check

      Jesse,

      are you aware that each Catalog (advanced) page has its own accepted cards section? Invoice has to be set up at the account level before it can accepted at the page level.

      see the following screen capture of the Accepted Card section for the checkout page.

          Jesse,

          I reviewed your account and all is set up correctly. Here is the problem.

          Invoicing cannot be used with a Ticket with price. Sine the system issues an eTicket and the eTicket is considered valid when issued one cannot receive the eTicket when the payment has not yet processed.

          eTickets can be invoiced ONLY if the eTicket price is $0 - in other words if an ticket is free it can be invoiced as FREE. When a priced item is in the basket and it includes eTicket invoice will not show up.

          This feature is a security feature to avoid confusion when tickets are presented.

          We are adding a similar feature but with more flexibility to our event management module with Salesforce scheduled to be released in November.
