XML Application for BackOffice?

We are trying to find a way to direct donation data from Click and Pledge and feed it automatically into Complete Campaign's (Aristotle) BackOffice.

We have discussed this idea at length a while back and it is an idea worth adding to our system. There are challenges that makes a universal service hard to develop in a setting like ours. How can we set up a service where clients can define their variables and schema and for our system to post using that schema in real time. Naturally anything can be done but once done how many people will be able to use it?

One idea is of course to use our API and post to both us and Aristotle in real time. We have a complete API and FaaS platform where you can easily design a form and post to us ..

Another idea is also if you use a CRM that we are completely integrated with, namely Salesforce.

Can you please let us know where the API/FaaS information is located?

If we can have a donation feed, we can probably direct the data in the correct fashion.
