Bank information needs to be changed by the gateway - in your case it is Transfirst.
Do you have their customer support number? If not please let us know and one of our support engineers will call you immediately.
It can be changed quite fast once you contact Transfirst. They need a scanned copy of the new check reflecting the bank information, e.g. account #, routing number.

We tried to contact you with email and phone number we have on file with your account. Please contact our Support Department at [email protected] so we can make sure we have your current contact information and provide you the phone number for TransFirst.
The nonprofit I am helping wants to also change banks for their payment processor. Can you please let me know who I would talk to be able to do that. They started using Transfirst in 2018.
Any help or direction on who and how I can change this with would be appreciated.
