    Hello, we are using a checkout page in the legacy portal to sell tickets to an event. I have had to use the virtual terminal in the legacy portal for several transactions. None of those transactions automatically upload to Salesforce. I can go into the Connect platform and see the transaction (see screen shot), and it says "Not Posted" under the Salesforce column. I know I can click on the transaction and manually upload it. But I'd like to understand why this is not happening automatically.

    Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce instance? We found that you are versions behind. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions and will review the issue if persist.

      Thank you. Are you saying that we are several versions behind on our Salesforce instance, or on our C&P app for Salesforce? Also, before committing to an upgrade, is there a way to know what may change on my end as far as the C&P/Salesforce interface? We are in the middle of a huge fundraising event and I don't have the capacity at this time to try to digest significant changes as far as functionality, at least not until after February 10th (the date of our event).

        Our C&P apps in Salesforce are outdated which needs to be upgraded.
