How do I test that ticketing system is working properly? We are using FAAS.

    Good day!

    Based on our telephone discussion the issue appears to have been resolved. The problem, as discussed, was because you were posting the form to: http://faas.cloud.clickandpledge.com and NOT https://faas.cloud.clickandpledge.com.

    The FaaS platform is a secure site and will not respond to http requests.

    Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    So let me make sure I understand:

    1: The payment page showed the "Thank You" page with the authorization code.
    2: Neither you nor the donor received the email receipt
    3: The report shows that the transaction has not gone through

    The above are not consistent as there can't be any condition where a transaction processes and not show in the report.

    Please let me know your account ID so our support can research your account. If you email [email protected] someone will call you to resolve this.

    after submitting their payment they don't get a notification that it went through adn we aren't showing that it went through on our end.

  • How do I test that ticketing system is working properly? We are using FAAS.

    I was notified by a prospective donor that their ticket purchase was not going through. How do I test to see if they system is working (without having to purchase a ticket with my cc)?
