I am trying to log in to the Legacy Portal to allow a new user to access the Swiper1 App, and I am being told my password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password(s) I am being allowed to do so, but then when I try to use that new password, I am told that it is wrong. Can someone please help me?

Good day ndlugajczyk
Why are you setting it up in Portal?
It really should be done in Connect. Connect has all the user permissions that you need.
Please also note that a user in Connect is not in Portal - if you define a user in the portal it will not be in Connect and vice-versa.Regards,

I do not want the user to have access to anything but the Swiper1 app. I read something that said it must be done in the Legacy Portal. Is that not so?Comment

Good day ndlugajczyk
The information you are referencing is old as all users are now in Connect.
Please define a profile with just Swiper1 access and leave all else unchecked. It should do exactly what you want to do.
Portal is on its way out.. we truly are trying not to refer to the portal unless for the advanced checkout pages which is not yet in Connect.
Hope that helps.Regards,
