Can I customize the fields in the Billing and Contact Information section of a form? Specifically, can I remove any of those fields, or make them not required?

You may customize the filed names in Connect forms but you cannot make the required fields as optional. -
I cannot seem to edit or remove the fields for "Display my name as" or "Your public posted comment." I don't know what these fields are for and would prefer to remove them. Is that possible?Comment

You may hide that by going to the Campaign >> go to the streamer:
