  • Updating info on portal.clickandpledge.com

    I've having trouble updating our Primary contact (Account Info->Your Profile on portal.clickandpledge.com)
    Whatever information I enter into the primary contact field I get the error "- Please enter a valid URL address".
    I've tried this on Chrome 60 and Firefox 53 with the same result.

    Attempting to edit other fields yields the same error.

    Has anyone helped you with this problem? I am having the same problem right now trying to update the Receipt / Email Notification: field. Did you find a solution?

      We reviewed and found that the emails are NOT separated with semicolon as instructed.
