  • Website Address won't accept http or https entries

    I'm trying to update our account information at login.connect.clickandpledge.com/settings. I need to change an email address under receipt/email notification. When I go to save the page, I get an error message "Invalid Website Address !". I have not changed the web address, so I'm not sure why it's not working. Changing the web address (for instance to https://burningman.org) does not work either. Result: I cannot change the address on the notifications. Please can you let me know what's up?

      Thanks, I was able to update the rest of the page with no errors this morning! Not sure what was wrong with my system, as I tried multiple URLs (including the one you updated) over multiple days.
