Is there any way to format the receipt? The design and color etc?

No - the receipts are fixed for one major reason which is fast delivery and clean code. We have spent a lot of time to ensure delivery of all receipts.

One way you may customize the receipts is by uploading a PDF document as an attachment. Organizations upload letters from the board, etc. and have that included with the receipt.

Is this still the case? I have a client who just subscribed to your service, but is considering ending their contract if they can't customize even the most basic aspects of the receipt design.

Our receipts from the system are fixed and only allow for customized PDF's to be uploaded and sent as an attachment. The Thank you message, Organization information, and Footer may be customized but we don't allow images to be added to the system.

Full receipt customization may be done using our Salesforce Designer which allows for complete design of the HTML email using our templates or custom HTML with mail merge fields.

Is there a way to omit the answers to custom questions from the receipts?

This is a particular nuisance in the case of recurring payments where we have a comments box. We'd prefer not to have the added noise (or old comments) from the comments box sent on the receipt every month.

Good day!

No- not at this time. The receipt is simply being replicated for all future transactions. It is the same receipt with a change for the total number of transactions done to date and what is remaining.

Sorry that I can't offer a better solution at this time.
