We have created an event through Salesforce on the C&P Events Management Platform and have created a custom receipt for it. However, the old receipt from the Legacy Portal is still being sent to event registrants. I have checked the "Do Not Send Receipt" box on the legacy portal settings, but nothing changed. Does it take a day or something for the system to recognize that change?
We do not want the Legacy Portal receipts to send anymore - we use Connect or the Events Platform now. Please help.
