    Hello,

    I've updated our address in both the portal and connect a few times, but I can't seem to reflect the changes in our receipt. How can I change the address that is sent out on receipts?

    Good day @samanthap

    It seems those transactions has been processed from the Checkout page. In case of Checkout pages, address information will be pulled from the respective Checkout page.

    Please follow the steps below to update the address information:

    To edit Classic and Friendly EasyPages:

    >> Click on pencil(edit) icon
    >> Continue through wizard by clicking ‘Go To Next Step’ until on Step 7
    >> Edit ‘Address/Organizational Information’ << here update the address
    >> Click ‘Go To Next Step’ to save changes

    To edit Cataloge (Advanced) Checkout Pages:

    >> Click on pencil (edit) icon
    >> Click on Customize
    >> Scroll down to ‘Address/Organizational Information’ << here update the address
    >> Click ‘Update’ to save changes

      I have a similar question but cannot figure out how to start a new topic. We need to change the donors address for a recurring donation. The above response appears to be about changing OUR org address. That's not what I need. Where do I go to change the donors address? He is getting his old address on the auto-generated receipts every month.

        You may update the donor information for Recurring transaction by logging into the C&P Connect >> locate the transaction >> Manage Recurring >> here update donor info:
