  • Billing and Contact Information

    Is there a way to change the information required in the Billing and Contact Information section? It is in a very strange configuration that is different than most sites. Also, I don't want to have people required to give their phone and email if they choose to keep that confidential.

    The phone & email are major part of the fraud detection and may not be disabled. If you want to omit those you may set up a custom form and disable fraud, accepting all fraud liability.

    The order is set to allow for state & province to be selected correctly based on Country. The primary reason is for Salesforce to ensure the texts are correct.

    We could easily allow for Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Country but since the country is being asked last we cannot possibly show the states & provinces based on the country selection. If we do not provide the strict spelling of states & countries then if the data posts to Salesforce it will generate error to spelling mismatch.

    All ideas are great as an island and by themselves but try to make all parts work together forces us to impose certain adjustments.

        Test is not currently available for Connect due to a major problem we have had with the previous features in the old system. A large number of clients were going into production in test mode and later we were blamed for their loss of revenue. Unfortunately it is a battle that we no longer wish to be engaged in.

        At this time we are not offering test mode transactions. This may change in the future as are exploring ways to ensure clients do not make the mistake and then later blame us.

        Sorry that we cannot help with this feature at this time.
