Payment forms Widgets disappearing!

Yesterday there were 2 widgets under the campaigns/ campaign details/ payment forms/ widget Now they are GONE? I have cleared my history and tried with different browsers. Yesterday I could not save any widgets until I cleaned my history, got a new log in code and rebuilt the widget. Now they are GONE!

AND I can NOT save any newly created widgets. I have tried clearing the history thing twice!
