  • Report of C&P transactions that did not post to Salesforce

    Periodically transactions that are recorded in Click & Pledge do not post successfully to Salesforce. Sometimes an error occurs that stops the transaction from posting.

    How do we create and run a report that tells us which transactions were received in C&P, but not posted to SF? Where? How? Scheduling it? Etc.

    As of now we don't have such report. However, if any transaction didn't post to Salesforce due to any error, you may notify through email which is listed in Error Notification List under 3rd Party Integration:

    You may also can see the Salesforce post status of every Transaction:
