Hi there! I manage two accounts that both integrate with our Salesforce org. I have been able to get into the new portal for our account for the Neuropsychoanalysis Foundation, but not for the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society, because the code keeps being sent to the email address that was originally used to create that account. Although my secondary email is now listed as the primary contact in the legacy portal, the new portal does not recognize it. The person who used to manage that account is in the UK, and I can't get the code from her in time to get into the new portal. Help will be appreciated! Not sure if I should post the account number here?

We reviewed your both accounts#31568 & 28969 in which you are listed as Admin user. Both of your accounts are associated with the same email address and I see NO issues with login. However, we noticed that both are having different password.
