Hello - i'm working with my client (acct#34781) and I've set up a custom receipt in Connect. When a new donation comes in, it is sending the receipt twice. I have the checkbox selected in the campaign details (see the screenshot here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9cab2pvh3g...22.29.png?dl=0 ). Is there somewhere else I need to look to make it stop sending two emails?

I actually don't have the receipts, my client has them. I can ask them to send them to me, but they are in Mountain time, so it will be an hour or so. I'll send them as soon as I receive them
