  • Salesforce Connection Failure?

    Hello,

    Joel from the YMCA at VT here! I got an email this morning that indicated a Salesforce Connection Failure, and I think it might be related to the issue we were having with getting everything connected through the new C&P portal. Any thoughts if I should be worried? I tried going through the legacy portal and reconnecting everything, so I think I should be in the clear but I wanted to confirm. Thanks!

    You NO need to be worried. The reason you received the above message due to the following order#1610172311301714527 didn't posted to your instance, it happens when the request has timeout. However, we have pushed that order number and you are all set.
