Our administrator has created a new account/password for me and sent me a password reset, but that email has not come. I've checked spam. Can you verify that everything is working correctly for our account?

It seems that Admin has added you as user in the old portal. We reviewed the account# 26029 in Connect but didn't find any user added except Admin: Charles P***
