Incorrect address on system receipts

    It might be used by custom built page. In the absence of a reference page the system uses the default WID. WID stands for Window ID which is the checkout page identifier. It is a unique number set for the checkout page.

    I followed these steps and updated the address in the checkout page.

    Can you please clarify why donation are connected to this check out page? We don't use them with any intention. All our donations come in through Connect widgets or event registration pages.

    Our original donation page was custom built by a consulting firm. Is it possible that the checkout page you reference was somehow connected to that custom page?

    We do apologize for the delay. It seems that the address information is getting from the Checkout page. Would you please login to portal and edit the checkout page WID#64599 > Step7.

    Please check and let us know if that didn't resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    I updated our address for both of our accounts in the Portal --> Account info. Our system receipts still have the former address on them. (The system receipts for Events, however, do list the correct address, as it is configured within the event itself).

    Where else is the org address configured?
