Hi,

Where can I update an email address so that emails regarding Declined Transactions can be sent to the correct person in our organization?

We don't send any generic receipt/email for the declined transaction. However, if you are using Salesforce, you may set the C&P Autoresponder for declined transactions to send email to specific email address: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/1164739
