We have turned on invoice & purchase order for one of our advanced pages, but when you get to the payment screen, neither of those options are available, only cc & echeck. Here is the link to the page: https://co.clickandpledge.com/?wid=121421

We reviewed and noticed that the ticketing option is enabled for above checkout page. Please note that in the presence of ticketing those payment options are not be available. Invoice and Purchase Order is available only for donations.
