    Hello,
    Our business manager has not seen any monthly Statement form you for March. Is there a delay? Dod we get these electronically or still via mail?

    We recently changed our name wiht Transfirst, however all other information has stayed the same, emails, address and tax ID.

    Good day @Tom,

    Our support department will send you Transfirst's phone number via email. Transfirst is the one sending you the statement. Click & Pledge does not mail any statements as all of our data is online.

    We typically don't post such phone numbers on the forum as they may change by Transfirst and this post will not be updated and may mislead others.
